Items may only be returned for exchange or credit with prior authorization and within 30 days of purchase. Only items that are in original packaging and saleable condition will be accepted for return. CD-ROMs and videos are never returnable.

 

RLH & Associates LLC is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Email us immediately to report incorrect titles, damaged or defective product.
